These 4 Bull Elk have taken up residence in the town of Canmore. About 4-5 weeks ago they moved into the field north of the # 1 highway and across from the Holiday Inn.
If you cannot see them look to the slopes to the north and more than likely you will, just relaxing and chewing their cud. They are quite the site! I have noticed they do draw attention from curious motorists on the Trans Canada Highway.
